Ymax TV DMCA Policy Agreement

Effective Date: 01/03/2023

This DMCA Policy Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between YMAX ("Ymax TV","Ymax Player"), and you ("User") in connection with the use of YMAX's IPTV player application ("Ymax TV","Ymax Player"). This Agreement outlines YMAX's policy and procedures regarding compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and copyright infringement claims. By using the Ymax TV Application, User agrees to comply with this Agreement.

Copyright Infringement Policy:

Ymax TV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects Users to do the same. Ymax TV does not own or provide any IPTV content. The Ymax TV Application is solely intended for playing IPTV streams and contents provided by the User. Ymax TV does not store, host, or distribute any copyrighted content, including IPTV streams.

DMCA Notification:

Ymax TV complies with the DMCA and promptly responds to valid copyright infringement notifications. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon through the use of the Ymax TV Application, please provide Ymax TV's designated copyright agent with the following information in writing (email is acceptable):

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate the material, including identification of the specific User(s) or Activation code(s) that violates copyright. To know more about Activation codes, refer to Terms and Conditions.
Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification:

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to Ymax TV's designated copyright agent. Your counter-notification must include the following:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction of any judicial district in which Ymax TV may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringers:

Ymax TV reserves the right to terminate access to the Ymax TV Application for Users who repeatedly infringe upon the copyrights of others.

Ymax TV is not responsible for any content provided by Users through the Ymax TV Application. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Ymax TV Application complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright laws.

By using the Ymax TV Application, User acknowledges and agrees to comply with this DMCA Policy Agreement.

This Agreement is subject to change without notice, and it is the User's responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.
